Training / Implementation

Ocius invests a significant amount of resources in our best-in-class training program. We take a unique, customized approach to preparing your team to optimize your Ocius experience.

Your Ocius representative will work with you to develop and execute a customized implementation timeline and training plan.

A typical Implementation lasts 30 days from the authorization to proceed.

The key items of the process include:

• Ocius will develop and test the integration with the site's management software.

• Ocius will request basic property information and relevant utility provider bills.

• Ocius will request allocation preferences and/or schedule a site survey to obtain utility meter details.

Resident education materials are available, including introduction letters and sample monthly statements.

Ocius offers a customized image library, statement color selection and individual property branding for resident statements.
