Welcome to the Ocius E-Payment Registration!
Payments can be processed via Auto Debit (ACH) or Credit/Debit Card. Auto Debits
are processed automatically once a month. Credit/Debit Cards can be charged one-time
or setup for automatic monthly charges.
To begin the electronic payment registration process, please choose
one of the following options, enter your 8-digit Residence Code and select SUBMIT:
Credit Card (additional charges apply, contact management office for more details)
Auto Debit (no additional fee)
Residence Code:
The Residence Code is the first 8-digits of your Billing Account Number
and can be found in the upper right-hand corner of your billing statement.
If you have not yet received a billing statement, please contact your management office.
