Personal Information Collected
One of Ocius' primary concerns is the security and privacy of resident's personal information. All data collected on the Ocius site is done to facilitate credit card and ACH transactions. Our policy is not to disclose any resident information with any third party unless required by law or court order. However, Ocius may share certain aggregated data with property managers and other third parties for general marketing and demographic purposes. However, this data does not include any resident’s or affiliate’s personal identifying information.

Ocius Web Site Security
Ocius has taken aggressive action to ensure the highest levels security. Ocius utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate authentication with 128-bit encryption provided by VeriSign’s Site and Trust Services. This level of encryption is ideal for sites that exchange sensitive, personal information. The use of VeriSign’s services enables Ocius to provide our customers an experience that instills confidence and security. With the Ocius VeriSign Server ID, our customers can verify that the Web site belongs to Ocius, and not an impostor. VeriSign is one of the only providers authorized by the U.S. Department of Commerce to sell 128-bit SSL IDs in the U.S. In addition, Ocius has gone to great lengths to ensure that only authorized employees have access to personal information. Every user, whether an Ocius employee or not, is required to login with a unique username and password.

Return/Refund Policy
Ocius processes payments on behalf of the property. Return and refund requests must be communicated to the property manager first. The property manager will contact Ocius and request that the payment be returned. Once Ocius receives this request, we will process the return within one business day.

Policy Changes
If, at any time, Ocius changes its privacy policy, it will be conveyed on our web site. Personal information obtained before changes are made will continue to be subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time the information was provided.
