Keith Nelson

Chief Operating Officer

Keith has been in the multi-family industry since 1994. He joined Ocius in 2005 as the Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Keith has been instrumental in growing Ocius' client base through expanding relationships with current clients, securing new clients and implementing advanced operating improvements. He has played an important role in helping launch several of Ocius' new products including Utilities Plus.

Through Keith's efforts, Ocius has been able to demonstrate consistent growth, improve the firm's profitability and steadily expand their product offerings.

Prior to joining Ocius, Keith was a Senior Vice President of Total Billings and a Senior Vice President of Intertech Management. In addition, Keith was a founding contributor and Executive Vice President of National Water & Power.

Keith received his BS in Business Management, from the University of Wisconsin. In his free time, Keith enjoys boating, water skiing, and traveling.
