James Rabinowitz

Founder and CEO

James is a pioneer in the multi-family property convergent billing industry, founding Ocius in 1999 with the singular vision of making it seamless and accurate for property management firms to consolidate their tenant's bills into a consolidated, easy to understand statement. Over the past 12 years, James has led Ocius in delivering on this vision through leveraging technology innovations that have translated into increasing property's revenue and drastically enhancing resident retention. James pursues a relentless focus on serving clients and their tenants. Prior to founding Ocius, James (Jamie) was a VP of Sales as well as a VP of Engineering at VisionTek, a computer chip manufacturer. Prior to joining VisionTek, James earned his BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois, where he also played varsity football.

James enjoys teaching sports to his young children and cooking with his wife. He is an avid speed reader and enjoys all things related to science fiction.
