Management services are web based and require no additional

A standard Ocius implementation lasts approximately 30 days from
authorization to begin.

services?
Yes, the Ocius training plan includes customized web based
sessions or on-site meetings.
Can prospective residents pay application fees or
deposits with a credit card?
Yes, prospective residents can use a credit or debit card to pay
application fees and deposits in the management office.
After a resident uses your online payment services, how
long does it take for the site to receive the funds?
Resident payments are typically deposited to the site within 48
business hours for ACH transactions and within 5 business days for
credit card transactions. A record of the transaction is available
immediately on the Ocius website.
