Convergent Billing Associate

OCIUS is in search of a capable and committed Convergent Billing Associate.  Our Convergent Billing Associates are responsible for acquiring property utility information and processing resident utility charges.  Additionally, they are responsible for utility bill acquisition, data entry, executing SQL procedures and regular client communication. We are looking for qualified candidates that can gather, analyze and process utility bill information.  Beyond the processing of information we also need a candidate that can communicate effectively with other team members and our vast amount of clients.

•    Property Management Industry experience
•    Data entry experience

Technical/Computer Requirements:

•    Microsoft Office (proficiency needed in Access, Word, Excel, Outlook)
•    SQL
