The OCIUS system can process various paper-based payment methods including checks, money orders, and cashiers checks. Residents may also choose to mail their payment directly to our lockbox. OCIUS
utilizes the most advanced on-site check scanning technology to
speed processing time.
Online Reports and Payment Information.
The OCIUS system provides Internet-based reporting capabilities allowing you to view payment in a real-time environment. All
transactions processed by OCIUS are readily available for review individually or by batch via the OCIUS web portal. We offer a variety
of search options and report structures, depending upon your specific requirements. To view paper payments, image searches can be conducted by name, unit number, resident number, amount, check number, routing number account number and by date. Additionally,
all payment information is directly uploaded into the site’s property management software.
