The OCIUS system represents a fundamental departure from
traditional utility and rent transaction processing and cash
management for building managers. It provides the quickest and
most direct method for converting payments into deposits. OCIUS' automated system works with any bank or lending institution and
replaces the typical manual bank deposit process that requires
property employees to fill out and submit forms to record each
transaction. By eliminating these manual processing steps, funds
are available sooner.
Improved resident communication is an additional benefit of the
OCIUS system. Each OCIUS billing statement includes lease
information and reminders, as well as other pertinent information
for residents.
The OCIUS system works by providing a monthly paper or electronic
bill for rent, utilities (water, sewer, gas and electric), HOA/Condominium dues, and all other fees through the mail. OCIUS receives the
payments in the form of checks, money orders, credit card, debit card
or ACH, and processes them immediately. All transaction information
is posted electronically into clients' existing property management software and can be accessed in real time to track collections, review customized reports and historical data or even view check images
on-line. Clients are immediately notified of any NSF or returned
payments via e-mail and on-line reports. The platform is highly flexible and can be customized to fit the needs of each client and their
property staff.
